Marketing Assistant - Events & Communication (m/f/d)

Planning, organisation, implementation and refurbishment of internal events and seminars including location, agenda, lecture coordination, technology, materials and participant support on site Full participant management including invitations, registration and communication before and after the event Support in creating and maintaining content for marketing and corporate communication such as newsletters, website, social media, brochures and presentations Working with the support and further development of an intranet within the group Coordination with relevant subject areas on topics and content Acquisition of recurring administrative and organisational tasks in daily marketing

Commercial training or studies, ideally focusing on event organization, marketing and communication, or a comparable qualification Impressed communication strength, high friendliness and a strong service orientation in dealing with participants and internal contacts First professional experience in event management, marketing or communication (min. 2 years) First experiences in creating texts and simple visual content for communication purposes readiness to travel within Germany Creativity, detailed sense and a good understanding of design Secure handling of MS Office as well as other marketing or design tools such as Canva Interest in digital tools and openness for new systems Very good German knowledge and good English skills
