For 50 years we have been competent for people with a mental illness or mental disability in the Rhine-Neckar region. As an experienced service provider, we offer mainly social-psychiatric basic care, needs-based housing and assistance services, as well as services for participation in working life.

We are looking at the next possible time to support our multi-professional team in full or part-time (min. 80%)

Teamleiter (m/w/d)

Responsibility for assistance and housing for 18-25-year-old adults with mental illnesses at Wiesloch site with 22 seats In addition to the staff-centric assistance for young people in our decentralised housing and care offer, the agency also includes the management of a multi-professional team.

• Technical and organizational management of the team of educational professionals
• Responsibility for the professional quality and the need-oriented provision of services for clients including crisis management
• Introduction to the team management function by the department management with gradual adoption of personnel responsibility and management tasks
• Personal responsibility and development, operational planning
• Organisation and implementation of clearing management: Editing of admission enquiries, conducting initial and consulting talks and accompanying the clearing course - Complete study of social work with state recognition (Master, Bachelor, Diploma) or a comparable qualification
• The desire for leadership responsibility, first leadership experiences are desirable, but no prerequisite
• Constructive cooperative leadership combined with entrepreneurship
• High social competence, decision-making and resilience
• Experiences in the care of people with mental disabilities
• Secure knowledge of social legislation
• Valid passenger car driving license - member of the SPHV management team and active participation as well as a responsible area of responsibility in a collegial environment
