Buyer Additives, Auxiliary Materials and Labels (m/w/d)

From shampoo, skin care, coconut oil from the bio market, animal feed, omega-3 nutritional supplement to ice cream – the range of Henry Lamotte Oils GmbH as a supplier of oils for different industries is wide-ranging. Our suppliers and customers are home all over the world - we ourselves are firmly rooted in Bremen. Our key to success? We rely on a strong team. From now on we are looking for our team Purchasing full-time with 39.5 hours per week and unlimited support by you as a buyer additives, auxiliaries and labels (m/w/d).

You negotiate prices, delivery conditions and contracts with suppliers and wage producers, promote supplier sourcing and decide independently about purchases You take the examination, processing and release of necessary changes such as print image or material adaptation You work closely with product development and sales, e.g. with the requirements for additives such as flavourings, and you agree with production to auxiliaries such as filter materials You conduct price negotiations with the associated documentation and take over the quantity planning To ensure that everything is in time, where it is needed, you monitor stocks, control the supply chains with the help of our digitized planning process and provide the internal code system You will develop your product group operationally and strategically with a view to costs, risks, sustainability, quality, delivery security and innovative power

Ideal as a basis for this task is a completed commercial training or an economic study. You bring several years of professional experience in purchasing tools / packaging or labels, ideally in the food or cosmetics industry. We are happy to convey necessary expertise about the individual products! You have strong enforcing and communication skills in safe German and reliable English knowledge in word and writing - e.g. for supplier or trade fair visits Several balls in the air? No problem for you, because you have organisational skills and your work is independent and structured. You have good user knowledge with an ERP system such as Microsoft Business Central You enrich our team with your ability to self-organise, accuracy and humour
