We work together and for each other, with passion and always communicate at eye level. With the new task as a serial construction link, we complement the team with an important interface for series development. Be part of our team! You are the first contact person on site for the production of development topics for the interior You are responsible for the research of causes and the presentation of measures together with the departments You show solutions and action, you tune them with the responsible ones and prepare decision-making You implement constructive changes and measures in quality topics, improvements in production throughput and suggestions for improvement for the Mannheim site You communicate across locations with the serial team in Turkey and act as an interface You are in direct contact with the control unit series You take part in the shopfloor of various areas such as production, logistics, SCM, purchasing and QS, coordinate the topics and report them back
