You support and advise the branch management and executives in matters of the quality, knowledge and ideas management of the branch You are responsible for the evaluation of audit reports and opinions, as well as the determination of deviations and potential for improvement You control the follow-up of measures resulting from continuous quality control and testing You support employees in the development and implementation of improvement measures You develop instruments adapted to the BLB requirement for the quality management system. This includes, for example, the creation of work aids for correct process processing and process optimization You are responsible for coordinating and building working groups, quality circles and internal projects. You work closely with the quality management officers of other branches and the headquarters

You have completed their studies (Diplom/Bachelor/Master) of the Department of Business Administration, Economics, Engineering and a comparable degree course. Further requirements: You ideally have at least 2 years of professional experience in quality management with a technical background, in a manufacturing company, a consultancy or in construction or construction. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 51.400,00 € – approx. € 82.500,00 per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
