As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security. Together with us, we are concerned about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. Werkstudent Recruiting (m/w/d) from 01.01.2026 in Bonn, Berlin or Munich. The recruiting team of BWI recruits for over 40 nationwide locations of the company. The focus is on obtaining the appropriate candidates. The team is in close cooperation with the other personnel departments as well as the specialist departments and especially the executives. A further focus is the control of and communication with external personnel service providers.

Support in the entire recruiting process for trainees, dual students, work students and interns Viewing incoming applications and coordinating interviews Care of the applicant management system and publications of job advertisements Identification and addressing potential candidates using sourcing tools and business networks such as LinkedIn Development of search strategies in cooperation with the recruiters Answering applicant questions by email and phone Support for recruiters in administrative activities

Immatrikulation in Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally focusing on human resources management, HR, psychology or IT

First professional experience or internships in recruiting, ideally already Active Sourcing experience First experience in handling MS Office as well as ideally different HR applications (applicant management, HR software, SAP)

Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
