Landscape Architect (m/w/d) for Open Space Planning

We are looking for a dedicated landscape architect (m/w/d) for our customer in Mönchengladbach. It is a full-time job placement.

• Perception of project management in the preparation, planning and implementation of construction measures in the field of public green spaces - monitoring of costs, dates and qualities - planning of green spaces, object greens and measures for exploitation - production of opinions on building plans and other framework plans and construction measures - development of standards in green entertainment

• Complete university training of the field of regional care, landscape architecture or a comparable field of study - desirable is a multiannual professional experience in the above-mentioned field of work - safety in the application of HOAI and the regulations of procurement law as well as technical regulations - experience in dealing with GIS, CAD applications as well as the MS-Office products - independent working methods, self-initiative, team skills and negotiation skills with enforcement force - passenger cars
