During your training, you immerse yourself in the world of specialty chemistry. You get to know our production processes from scratch and take on more responsibility step by step – always accompanied by experienced trainers and a dedicated team. Experience and understand technology: you control and monitor various aggregates such as centrifuges, filters and pumps – and ensure that our processes run safely and efficiently. Build chemical and technical know-how: you acquire chemical and technical expertise – and learn how high-quality specialty products are produced from raw materials. Quality and safety in focus: You ensure that our high quality standards are complied with and always take into account environmental and occupational safety requirements. Participation in exciting projects: You will get insights into adjacent areas and actively participate in technical topics and projects.
