You support our planning office in creating individual therapy plans and learn to optimally combine medical requirements, patient needs and economic resources You are the first contact person for our patients:inside at the reception You answer questions about rehab history, process emails, coordinate appointments and work with our digital phone assistant “Kurt” You accompany our patients: from the first rehab term to the dismissal and assist in the organisation of downstream measures for sustainable treatment success Together with the team, you will ensure that all services provided are fully documented and correctly billed.
