Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)

You are central contact persons for all incoming customer complaints in the area of winter complete wheel and for their targeted and comprehensible processing within our Icons system As an important interface to back office sales, you will vote on individual complaint solutions You are responsible for tracking supply chains and creating internal credits You support the Head of Consumer in controlling the winter complete wheel business by creating, among other things, demand forecasts, controlling tyre quotas and responsible for the individual releases of rims
