In the course of a structured follow-up scheme, we are looking exclusively and confidentially for a Head of Purchasing (m/w/d) that lifts the purchase to the next level with a mix of strategic strength and operational know-how. Development and implementation of a future-oriented purchasing strategy Identification and realization of savings potentials throughout the procurement process negotiation, conclusion and maintenance of framework agreements with national and partly international suppliers Analysis, optimization and digitization of existing shopping processes Creation of purchase-relevant evaluations and decision templates for management Management and further development of the purchasing team (3 MA)

Complete economic or technical studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in the strategic and operational purchasing of an industrial company First or sound management experience in purchasing desirable Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office Embossed negotiating skills and analytical and structured working methods Communication-strong, enforceable and solution-oriented personality
