Reporter: You create self-responsible borrowing and transport value reports by means of a valuation programme for simple standard residential property with a traffic value below 3 million. Euro

Visitors: You visit the objects to be evaluated and create the following reviews

Market and data analyst: You research relevant market data, observe market trends and derive sound analyses. Your work creates the basis for secure and sustainable decisions in the credit business.

Fachliche Sparringspartner: You are a competent contact person for assessment technical questions and support the entire house with your expertise.

Personality & mode of operation: You work independently and solution-oriented and have the ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible way. It is characterised by a pronounced team capacity as well as a targeted and customer-oriented way of working. In addition, You act out of persuasion, are strong and empathic.

experiences & know-how: You are ideally already bringing professional experience in the creation of market and occupancy reviews.

You also have a class B driving licence.

Training: You have successfully completed a commercial or business training and then completed a degree as a banking specialist* or a comparable qualification. You are an acknowledged expert for the determination of occupancy values in the full-service assessment area (e.g. Sparkassen-Immobiliengutachter Level 1)
