Then you are right at our Corporate R&D department at the Heimenkirch site!Here everything is about developing and optimizing delicious cheese specialities from the areas of melting, hard and cut cheese.

In the area of Corporate R&D at the Heimenkirch site, you are actively supporting us in the development of new, tasty cheese specialities in the area of melt cheese and the continuous improvement of existing products. You participate in product development in sustainability topics, take over your own small project or subprojects and present your results to colleagues across the site. You work on various projects and tasks in product development and contribute you creatively. You will accompany practical experiments on the test facilities of our modernly equipped technician as well as on the production scale, including experimental planning, evaluation, documentation and organization of sensory tastings. During your internship, you have contact with interdisciplinary teams such as sustainability management, technology, production, marketing and quality management and gain a comprehensive insight into our work.

You study food technology, food chemistry, ecotrophology, food process technology or a comparable study program. You have a high personal motivation for the topic of sustainability and ideally bring the first experiences in sustainability management. You have knowledge in the current MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have very good German knowledge in word and font (at least C1). You are passionate about food and its manufacturing technologies, have a good understanding of technical processes and every day you want to learn something about it. You are familiar with working on a scientific basis and have fun in research and analysis tasks. A careful and precise procedure is one of your strengths. You draw your attention through your dedicated and open minded personality. You are also a real team player that is able to work independently and independently at the same time.
