Head of Finance & Central Administration (m/f/d)

You strategically and operationally control a central cross-sectional area – from financial accounting to controlling and real estate management and fleet – and thus form the basis for real participation with effect beyond the organization within a company association with over 1,000 employees.

READ – strategic, networked, effective You are responsible for the holistic business management – from economic planning, controlling and accounting to financial statements, liquidity management and ensuring a transparent, audit-proof financial system. You evaluate performance offers, develop business performance indicators and instruments and work closely with external partners such as auditing and tax advice. You control the investment planning and support investment projects including financing and controlling construction, rehabilitation and maintenance measures in close coordination with the technical management. You are responsible for real estate management as well as the coordination of the areas of home technology and fleet. You control central purchasing and commercial administration, identify optimization potentials and continuously develop administrative processes.

You have a completed economic studies or a comparable qualification, as well as a well-founded knowledge in finance, accounting and controlling. You bring multi-year leadership experience – ideally in complex organisational structures – and act strategically, decision-makingly and with a strong will to design. You have experience in managing change and digitization processes and are actively driving forward developments.

Member of the Management Board: You work in close cooperation with the Executive Board and the Management Board, are directly involved in strategic decisions and have Prokura.
