ZEISS Microoptics is a unit of the Photonics & Optics strategic business unit specializing in the development, optimization, mastering, replication and integration of optical applications based on micro-optical and holographic optical elements. Your job

In your role as Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for implementing the communication strategy for the Aerospace Microoptics sector and control the internal and external communication measures and implement them. Your other tasks include: Planning and organisation of trade fairs and sales and customer events

Development of creative marketing measures and coordination with the overall strategy

Creation, optimization and implementation of online marketing and social media concepts

Strategic and operational support of social media channels (including LinkedIn), including content creation, community management and performance analysis

Creation of technology-oriented content for various communication channels as well as ensuring a consistent brand presence in all marketing and sales media

Coordination and control of external service providers and agencies as well as budget planning and monitoring

Successfully completed studies in the field of communication, marketing, media sciences or related discipline

Multiannual professional experience in marketing, communication or PR, ideally in the Aerospace market segment

Influential experience in the development and implementation of communication strategies

Basic technical understanding and strong interest in future technologies, especially in the field of optics, is of advantage

Very good user knowledge in common MS Outlook and Office applications

Self-employed, structured and result-oriented work

Representative communication skills in English and German in word and writing for stakeholder management as well as the readiness for regular national and international missions
