Conception and design of training in the field of social policy issues, in particular democracy resilience, anti-discrimination and diversity Practical training (scientific placement, practical exercises, moderation of exchange formats, etc.) The training courses take place at all three locations of the BKA (Berlin, Wiesbaden, Meckenheim). It is therefore necessary to prepare for flexible working hours and to carry out regular service trips.
