Technician / Engineer as Project Manager for Technical Buildings & Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Your responsibility includes the planning, coordination and implementation of technical construction projects around production and office buildings as well as infrastructural facilities. In doing so, you will accompany maintenance, modernization and rebuilding projects from the first idea to the successful implementation and keep in mind appointments, quality and cost-effectiveness at any time. In addition, you will develop and implement sustainable maintenance and maintenance concepts for structural systems and technical systems. You coordinate external service providers and subcontractors, monitor the performance quality and ensure compliance with legal regulations and technical standards. You are also actively involved in new and remodeling projects in the field of technical infrastructure.

You have a further training to the technician or a completed technical study – ideally in the field of construction engineering, civil engineering or HKLS/TGA – or a comparable qualification. In addition, you will bring several years of professional experience in technical building management, construction engineering or project management. Knowledge of relevant regulations, technical standards and the HOAI are provided as well as a structured and independent way of working. Personally, you are convinced by organisational skills, communication strength and joy in cooperation with different project participants.
