Do you not only want to work administratively, but actively contribute to improving HR processes through digitalization, automation and AI? Then you're right with us You support the analysis and optimization of administrative HR processes and help to make them more efficient through AI and automation solutions Together with our HR colleagues, you identify potentials for digitalization, automation and the use of AI You actively support the introduction, testing and further development of new AI and automation solutions in the HR environment You support the identification and evaluation of current AI trends, applications and best practices with relevance for HR In the day-to-day operations of staff administration, for example, you will participate in the creation of contract documents and administrative documents and learn about our processes and possible digitalization potentials.

You are immatriculated in an economic, social, or IT-related course You are interested in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Technologies and Process Optimization and want to apply them in practice Ideally, you have already gained first experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot or comparable technologies Dealing with Microsoft-365 applications is familiar to you You work in a structured, independent and careful manner and approach questions analytically Interest in organizational processes and good knowledge of German (from C1 level) complete your profile
