• First experience as a machine operator (m/w/d), production staff (m/w/d), plant manager (m/w/d) or in a comparable area is advantageous - but no requirement
• Ideal experience in handling steel or metal products
• Technical understanding and careful working
• Reliability, team skills and motivation
