Consultant (m/w/d) commercial training with prospects for commercial training management

Responsibility for commercial training and DHBW students in the company Development and implementation of training plans Care and support of trainees throughout the training period at the Baienfurt and Stockstadt site (Rhein) Coordination and organisation of training and exam preparation Cooperation with vocational schools, chambers and other educational institutions Ensuring compliance with all statutory and internal requirements for training Contact person*in for trainees, specialist departments and external partners Care and coordination of interns in Baienfurt Selection and recruitment of new trainees and DHBW students Care and correction of scientific work Further development of the training strategy and concepts Administrative activities such as creation of training contracts, registration to schools, file management etc.

Completed commercial training with training examination (AEVO) or a corresponding study Multiannual experience in training or personnel development Knowledge in the Vocational Training Act (BBiG) and in other relevant regulations readiness to travel readiness to trade fairs and events that can also take place on weekends Empathic and communicative personality with high social competence Organisational strength and initiative Joy in working with young people and their development
