For our regional office in Münster we are looking for a:

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

This is what awaits you:

• independent design, planning and implementation of regional projects in the field of occupational health promotion
• Observation of developments in health care and further development of existing health-promoting measures
• analysis and assessment of occupational health data; Creation of effective concepts for optimising occupational health promotion
• Close cooperation and coordination with the cooperation partners and the central team network health of BAHN-BKK
• Preparation, implementation and moderation of health circles, workshops and other projects
• Active networking of health-promoting projects with the sales structures of BAHN-BKK

Take this with you:

• Higher education with reference to health promotion or comparable training as well as experience in project management
• Ideally multiannual professional experience in occupational health promotion
• Basic knowledge of the relevant social security legislation
• Representative communicative and social competence
• Good conceptual and analytical skills
• High own initiative; structured, independent and team-oriented working
• Secure application of the programs of the MS Office package
• readiness to travel mainly in the federal states of North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony, Schlewsig-Holstein, Hamburg and Bremen
