User support (1st & 2nd level) on a ticket basis and by telephone for our employees: Administration and support of existing system environments Support for the technical onboarding of new employees:inside (providing and configuring hard and software, mobile devices, etc.) Maintenance work Monitoring of current systems You support us with your skills at 16-20 hours a week

Studies from the 3rd semester in the computer science field or comparable Ideally experience with Microsoft products (Office Suite) and operating systems Basic knowledge of network and WLAN Teamability, analytical thinking and good communication skills Reliable, targeted and independent work Embossed customer and service orientation and hands-on mentality German language skills
