Moers | Full time As a team management process technology, you take over the technical and organizational leadership of the four-member team as well as the technical, business and planning responsibility for the projects in the field of process engineering. Everything in sight! You ensure smooth project execution while complying with budget requirements, technical standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. work safety, environmental requirements, approval procedures). Are you all running? You take responsibility for a powerful team performance and ensure the economically efficient implementation of the projects, focusing on performance, budget, resources and time requirements. If necessary, you will be responsible for carrying out projects. How dare you! You conduct regular status meetings and report on the progress of process engineering projects to the management of plant development and management. Team in focus! You actively participate in personnel development, for example through training and feedback. Rounded! You continuously identify optimization potentials in the workflows and initiate appropriate measures.

You have completed your studies as an engineer:in or technician:in the field of mechanical engineering/process engineering. You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in food technology, as well as detectable experience in the technical management of technical teams. You ideally have knowledge of aseptic plant engineering and bring project management experience, including multidisciplinary budget and resource planning. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented, have a pronounced organisational capacity as well as cooperation readiness and communication capability both internally and externally. You are characterized by analytical thinking, competent appearance and a high degree of self-initiative, sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
