Guidance, coordination and organisation of the stationary care area of the station (5AB) Orthopaedics and Traumatology personnel deployment planning, personnel development, interprofessional and multiprofessional cooperation with all areas of the clinic well-founded knowledge of the relevant legal bases, in particular the Health and Nursing Act Ensuring economic management Participation in transnational projects and active participation in new supply models

completed training on/to the certified health and nursing staff and three years of professional experience Care management or equivalent training or willingness to complete within 3 years Experience and knowledge in process and project management or service management desired Willingness to continue and further education, especially in the field of leadership and management (study or university course), as well as internal executive training in-depth computer skills (MS-Office) Enforcement and self-initiative as well as economic thinking and action
