Brand & Product Experiences is responsible for the design, planning and implementation of the Mercedes-Benz Cars brand's physical and hybrid events worldwide. The versatile event formats include world premieres and driving events of new Mercedes-Benz models, the implementation of product and technology workshops and the implementation of international trade fairs. These challenges include: Working with the design of events in the international environment, in particular the search for locations, service providers and creative product presentation ideas

Planning of event processes, guest and vehicle logistics and the control of external and internal partners

Implementation of global events, takeover of tasks on site and support of project leaders and guest managers during the event

Creation of letter of invitation including the graphical preparation of documents

Self-acquisition of partial tasks (e.g. shuttle, hotel or catering coordination) in the project as well as cross-departmental strategic support

The activity can begin from February 2026.

Programme in the field of communication sciences, business management, event management or a comparable degree programme

German and English knowledge in word and writing

Safe handling of MS-Office as well as experience in graphic preparation (Adobe InDesign, Canva etc.) desirable

Creative thinking and strategic working

driving licence class B desirable

Possibility of flexible working hours and readiness to travel desirable
