Various heat and cold services as well as contracting and consulting are promising new business areas. Investment in renewable energies and the expansion of district heating are Karlsruhe contributions to the energy transition. You identify, evaluate and prioritize innovation and AI-use cases You develop AI prototypes such as chatbots, AI agencies and RAG solutions You test open source language models with prompt engineering and, if necessary, Fine tuning You try, select and implement suitable tools & platforms, such as the Microsoft ecosystem, SAP and integration platforms You understand existing internal business processes and understand them while identifying automation and optimization potentials You work closely with specialist areas to sustainably anchor solutions, and conduct independent innovation and transformation projects

You have 2–3 years of experience in innovation, digitization, process management or project management You have an understanding of AI applications, models and legacy systems and uses low code/no code platforms You have your own hobby projects in these areas and work structured and independent, even under lack of information You are happy to bring ideas to life and to an established company You communicate effectively across all business areas You think entrepreneurial, are responsible and open to new
