• Complete training as a procedural mechanic or comparable qualification in a metalworking profession
• Ideally experience in managing a plant team

• Set up circular knife scissors: You bring your expertise to optimally set up and adapt our circular knife scissors – your technical know-how is required!
• Prepare and operate production plants: They ensure that our machines are ready for use and control the production process with skill.
• Monitoring the production process: With a vigilant eye, make sure that everything runs smoothly and optimizes processes continuously.
• Quality assurance: Through regular testing according to the product and process control plan, you guarantee the highest quality standards.
• Production according to operating orders: They precisely implement the requirements and thus contribute to the efficiency of our production.
• Management of the plant team: As a team leader, you motivate your colleagues and promote a positive working atmosphere.
• Crane operation: With skill you use cranes for material movement – safety is always the first place.
• Using ERP systems: They use modern ERP systems to plan and document processes.
