For our service technicians and the in-house repair team, we are looking for a team leader for the coordination and control of service operations and incoming customer repairs.

Coordination and distribution of incoming repair orders to employees taking into account priorities, resources and capacities

You are the interface between the Inhouse Service and the Backoffice Team to ensure repairs on time

You are the local contact for Spare Parts and coordinate them with the IQS Global Spare Parts Management

Analysis and optimization of internal processes to shorten throughput times, increase efficiency and reduce costs

You are responsible for managing and optimizing stock to ensure a fast response time of repairs

proactive response to unexpected capacity and/or resource constraints

a completed economic study or a comparable qualification

multiannual experience in technical service or in a similar co-ordinative & controlling role. Experience in manufacturing control and handling ERP systems

routined handling of IT hardware and software (SAP R3, ideally SAP 4/ Hana)

strong professional and disciplinary leadership experience

Experience in process optimization and warehouse management

high problem solving capability, structured procedure and communication strength complete your profile

very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Willingness to occasionally travel
