Reception & Conference Service Stuttgart (m/f/d)

As an employee Reception & Conference Service (m/w/d), you are the representative interface of our company and contribute to a unique customer experience through a friendly welcome and professional hospitality. The place is limited to 2 years. Welcoming: As a good soul of the reception, you take care of our employees, clients and suppliers, coordinate their concerns and accompany them to event rooms or their opponents. 360° Support: You process reservation requests for conference rooms as well as parking spaces, enter our telephone center, share general information and support e.g. by taxi and baggage/garden service. Event support: You host our employees and clients, for example by supporting catering and breaks as well as by providing work materials for a smooth run. End to End: You are actively involved in the preparation and follow-up of our events, in which you take on, among other things, the installation and covering of the conference rooms and ensure that the equipment required is available as planned. Care-Taking: You always have a look at the cleanliness and order of the conference area and are the first point of contact for employees, clients and service providers.

completed training in the hotel industry, a commercial profession or comparable quality; Experience in the reception area or service desirable Good to very good user knowledge of MS Office tools Self-sponsored, responsible and structured working (even in hectic times), organisational talent and ability to prioritise in a variety of activities by importance Flexibility, strong team skills, good handling, communication skills and friendly, professional appearance German very good in word and writing, good English skills
