Your role Administration and maintenance of customer master files of all customers within the German sales organization of Carl Zeiss Vision GmbH, including the creation, maintenance, validation and deletion of data in SAP and partly in the Salesforce CRM

Identification and correction of inconsistencies, support for master data initiatives and implementation of data integrity checks

continuous optimization and digitization of master data management and acceptance of responsibility for the development of sustainable data management and governance structures for ensuring excellent master data quality

Acquisition of the team management for the disciplinary leadership and further development of the customer master data team with 2 employees in parallel to their own cooperation in the operating daily business of the customer master data administration

Optimizing interface processes and ensuring a close exchange and good cooperation with other departments for the successful implementation of customer projects

Coordination of cooperation with key stakeholders in order to be able to take an advisory role, e.g. in the onboarding of new customer groups or in the adaptation of processes

Together with your team, you will participate in transformation and IT projects for the distribution DE. By ensuring the process & data excellence in the field of customer master data, this forms an important column and prerequisite for the further successful implementation of the transformation into a data and process-controlled organization in the distribution DE. This position offers you the opportunity to introduce both your expertise in the field of master data and your leadership skills in a dynamic environment and contribute to the further development of the ZEISS sales strategy.

successfully completed studies in the fields of business informatics or economics with a focus on IT and process management

pronounced professional experience in the master data administration or in the commercial processing, preferably in the eye-optical industry as well as ideally first experience in team management and project experience

very good SAP ERP knowledge (among others master data administration) and MS Office knowledge (among others MS Excel)

analytical skills and affinity for data and process analysis supplemented by a thorough understanding of process modeling and visualization as well as the use of suitable tools (e.g. Visio and Miro)

independent, very careful and solution-oriented operation

a high level of team and communication skills paired with a positive and friendly appearance

fluent German and very good English knowledge in word and writing
