Your role Administration and maintenance of customer master files of all customers within the German sales organization of Carl Zeiss Vision GmbH, including the creation, maintenance, validation and deletion of data in SAP and partly in the Salesforce CRM

Identification and correction of inconsistencies, support for master data initiatives and implementation of data integrity checks

continuous optimization and digitization of master data management and acceptance of responsibility for the development of sustainable data management and governance structures for ensuring excellent master data quality

Acquisition of the team management for the disciplinary leadership and further development of the customer master data team with 2 employees in parallel to their own cooperation in the operating daily business of the customer master data administration

Optimizing interface processes and ensuring a close exchange and good cooperation with other departments for the successful implementation of customer projects
