Further development of the “Quartiers- und Sozialmanagement” area in the team Participation in building and maintaining social networks Conception, organisation and participation of/for quarterly events Participation in the implementation of target group-oriented projects for the evaluation and demand-oriented development of the quarter Coordination of measures for housing adaptation Commercial and social support during modernisation Personal and telephone support of tenants in need of assistance and cooperation with third parties, e.g. estate court and supervisors Keeping the rental hours Commercial and social support for a stock in cooperation with urban institutions (consultancy offices, health insurance, social services, etc.) settlement of all matters related to the lease (rental contracts, terminations, complaints, data management, withdrawals, rebookings, digitization, other correspondence, etc.)
