As a central incident, problem and emergency manager, you are a key contributor to effective and efficient cross-border cooperation in the IT support of financial management. You model, implement, monitor and improve the corresponding processes in a very complex IT landscape with many internal and external stakeholders and integrate new IT specialist procedures. You regularly create, maintain and test emergency documentation and regulations and coordinate emergency management beyond organisational boundaries. You contribute decisively to the efficiency and quality of the IT operating processes and thus increase the efficiency of the specialist procedures sustainably. You develop effective IT solutions to promote the automation and efficiency of tax processes and thus strengthen the transparency and publicity of the administration.

You have a completed relevant scientific higher education of computer science or a comparable degree course or you have comparable knowledge. You have comprehensive knowledge of project management as well as a proven success in the implementation of an organizational or technical introductory project in the IT field as well as German knowledge at least B2. You have many years of experience in IT operations and very good knowledge in IT Service Management (including process modelling), as well as at least basic knowledge of the BSI standard 100-4. You bring analytical thinking power that enables you to penetrate problems quickly, develop independent solutions and work into complex topics.
