Contract Manager Property-Industry-Operations (m/f/d)

Responsibility for contracts: You provide independent and yield-oriented contracts in the national and international property industry business and ensure professional and economic contract management. Control supply and policy processes: you create and process offers as well as contracts in the inventory business including documentation and risk analysis and take over the polishing of the new business (e.g. fire, BU, EC). Analyse risks and develop solutions: You conduct sound risk reviews, calculate rewards and check contract terms, wordings and clauses. On this basis, you develop tailor-made and individual cover concepts. Coordinate reinsurance: You ensure a structured reinsurance order, carry out PML calculations and keep in mind special accepts and cumulation checks. Special and wholesale business: You process the holding business of the Drawing Association of Large Customers (VGG) and maintain international insurance solutions (DIC/DIL, FOS, IVP) as well as complex large customer connections. Working with partners: In close cooperation with customers and sales partners (maklers, savings banks, offices) you are advised to help, coordinate the correspondence and accompany the granting of coverage commitments service-oriented.

Bringing together a well-founded qualification: You have completed training to/from the merchant for insurance and finance and ideally bring experience in industrial or commercial property insurance. Practical training: Ideally, you have completed your qualification with a further education, e.g. the Bachelor Professional for Insurance and Finance or the Insurance Business Administration. act independently: Their work is characterised by self-employment, sense of responsibility and a structured approach.
