Graduate Social Pedagogue, Graduate Social Worker, Bachelor of Arts in Social Work or Psychologist (Bachelor or Diploma) (m/f/d)

You coordinate a team of currently nine employees who provide children and young people and their parents with a mental illness in Heilbronn city and county We provide services according to SGB VIII and SGB IX You work closely with the managing director and are part of the management team You keep contact with the service providers and represent the institution in the relevant bodies You have an understanding of collegial and partnership leadership You are responsible for the coordination of the department and cost-covering utilisation of employees taking into account the legal and contractual regulations of the cost-beneficiaries You work at the operational level and advise the above-mentioned people, especially in their home environment.

You have a completed study of social work/social education or a comparable qualification You have a good feeling for the concerns of mentally ill people and their children and are ready to find themselves sensitive in their lives. You are happy to work both in the team and independently, you also have a class B driving licence and the willingness to use your own car against the cost of travel
