Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

In our project management team, you plan and control IT projects independently and accompany their successful implementation as project manager (all genders) from the construction of the infrastructure to the transition to the regular operation. Your tasks in detail You are responsible for the planning, control and control of IT projects Take up the requirements of our customers and accompany the project-specific implementation You meet project-related decisions together with the relevant stakeholders and make sure that decided measures and decisions are implemented and enforced bindingly. You monitor progress and compliance with defined milestones and necessary changes You anticipate risks and deviations in project planning and initiate appropriate countermeasures You coordinate external service providers and are in close coordination with our internal service teams After successful transition, you pass the project to our service management team

You have several years of professional experience in managing IT (transition) projects You bring a comprehensive understanding of IT services and follow current developments and trends in IT You are familiar with the methods of project management and are able to convey complex facts to foreign persons in a comprehensible manner Ideally you know yourself with the ITSM model according to ITIL You think service- and solution-oriented, communicate proactively and convince by a structured way of working You are stress-resistant, keep an overview even under time and expectation pressure and set priorities sovereign You have very good German skills (level C1) and good English skills (level B2) in word and writing
