Conditions From the next possible date The weekly working time is 37 hours The place is indefinite The position requires a regular, global readiness (min. once a month for several days) for TenneT projects, depending on the respective requirements The place can be taken off prematurely, so do not hesitate to apply! As Contract Manager Offshore (m/w/d), you are responsible for implementing our EPC project contracts during the construction phase of our offshore projects. In close cooperation with colleagues, you are responsible for the successful and contractual implementation of our projects in large-scale offshore construction. Your responsibility lies in the development, control and implementation of plant construction contracts (in billions) in our major projects In addition, you guarantee the contractual support of the overall project management with regard to our construction contracts and give first legal assessments on specific requirements, timing shifts and claims of the suppliers You ensure the uniform interpretation of contractual clauses and treatment of receivables and tax the suppliers during the execution phase of the project You will also conduct independent negotiations with our suppliers to resolve disputes during project execution In this role, close cooperation, coordination and regular exchange with other contract managers and the legal department takes place.

Legal background: A degree as a full lawyer / graduate lawyer / economic lawyer (m/w/d) with specialization contract law or an MBA with a focus on contract law is the basis of your success Experience in Contract Management: You have many years of professional experience in contract management with regard to project business, preferably in plant engineering and offshore fields, as well as well as well-founded knowledge in building and contract law and knowledge in FIDIC contracts Cooperation with suppliers: Your experience in the evaluation and negotiation of supplier requirements combined with enforcement strength and negotiation skills convince us of you Sovereign Personality: You can communicate with our interfaces across hierarchy and discipline and point with self-confident appearance, quick understanding and structured working Language knowledge: German knowledge for our contract creation and very good English knowledge for cooperation with international contractors are of course for you
