In this function you are responsible for our systems with regard to Unified Communication & Collaboration (UCC) with the main points of Skype for Business, MS SharePoint and MS Teams. Here you can create operating and usage concepts for a holistic UCC system landscape. Your workload includes the installation, configuration and maintenance of the UCC infrastructure. You support the support of our Mobile Device Management System and create technical documentation and user instructions for the UCC systems. The independent processing of the 2nd or 3rd Level Incidents & Service Requests is also one of your tasks. Together with colleagues and the department you work on projects.

(m/w/d) System integration in conjunction with multiannual professional experience or a completed study of computer science or a related subject, such as, for example, business informatics, forms the ideal precondition for this position. In addition, you are distinguished by sound knowledge in the field of Unified Communication & Collaboration. You have a high level of communication skills and are convinced by a systematic approach and a pronounced ability to analyze problems.
