Project staff in the field of document management (m/f/d)

As a project employee in the field of document management (m/w/d), you can ensure that project documents are managed in a structured manner in demanding large projects and project teams are optimally supported on the organizational, administrative and documentation side.

This is what we expect:

You plan, tune and manage document management in customer projects of the PowerGen project system business, e.g. in large data center projects You create, manage, send and care project documents in internal systems as well as in customer platforms and ensure their timely availability You support project teams in creating, combining and quality assurance of project documents according to defined criteria You track documents, dates and delivery volumes and balance them with contractual requirements as well as schedules of dates and payment You create, care and follow project task lists, customer-specific platforms and project reports such as monthly reports You’re puggling project data into project management tools such as SAP PPM and documenting as well as tracking acceptances, workshops and project meetings across locations You support project-specific logistics, procurement and shipping tasks including the construction site phase and work closely with internal and external partners Ready to co-design the future? That's what you bring:

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Basic knowledge of project management and experience with relevant methods and tools (SAP PPM, MS Project, JIra,..) Experience in document management, ideally with PLM tools or BIM software, of advantage Very good English skills in word and writing Very good knowledge and safe handling of MS‐Office tools including MS Teams and SharePoint, ideally additional user knowledge in PTC Windchill and SAP Implementation strength, self-motivation, reliability and endurance Self-employed, targeted, efficient and structured work So you bring the right skills and motivation to start with us!
