Dispatcher - Resource Planning / Service Technician (m/f/d)

You take over the independent planning and coordination of the technician operations – from reinstallation to maintenance to dismantling. As a central interface, you will be able to call our customers by phone: in close cooperation with the technician team and internal colleagues. With the help of MS Office you plan the routes efficiently, check the availability of materials and keep an overview of all ongoing orders. You are flexible about short-term changes, such as illnesses, and quickly adjust the deployment planning to ensure a smooth process.

You have organizational talent and keep track of multiple upcoming bets. You will be happy to communicate with your friends and colleagues. You have fluent knowledge of German for telephone and written communication. Technical understanding is an advantage so that you can easily arrange and plan our technical operations. You can also react flexibly to short-term changes.
