Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Development of existing standards and regulations in process and project management including the digital visualization of processes Project management and process consulting as well as planning and moderation of process workshops in cooperation with the departments Executing training and building appropriate formats for knowledge exchange as an interface to the disciplines Creation of targeted communication and training documents Support in operational project portfolio management

Complete BWL degree or comparable qualification as well as relevant experience in process and project management, ideally in the field of process standardization High service and solution orientation coupled with a pronounced communication and team capability Structured, independent operation readiness to actively promote change Very good MS-Office knowledge Knowledge in process modeling desirable
