Your start is accompanied by a personal sponsor at our location in Frankfurt am Main. After you have been incorporated, you work flexibly in the hybrid model - a part mobile, at least 40-50% in our modern office in the middle of the city, just a few minutes walk from the Mainufer. Your new role

You take the daily processing of operational enquiries and complaints from our dealers, OEM partners and sales team You coordinate and check OEM Subvention calculations and ensure their correct handling You initiate the payment procedures for traders, group companies and OEMs - including invoices, credit processing and documentation You deliver monthly boundaries to accounting and secure data quality and traceability You support the development of existing processes and accompany future optimization and automation projects in the OEM and dealer environment

You have a commercial training, such as office management, automotive or financial and sales environment You work structured, quality-conscious and don't let yourself be so easy to rest - even if several requests are made simultaneously You are happy to coordinate processes and collaborate with different interfaces (e.g. Accounting, Sales, OEM Partners) You communicate clearly in English and German - in writing as oral - and actively contribute to the team You bring good knowledge in the current MS Office programs (especially Excel)
