Commercial clerk – agricultural trade (m/f/d)

General organisational and administrative office activities Purchase collection of crop deliveries including sampling, analysis and production of delivery certificates Processing and booking of goods movements and shipping documents Order registration and accounting Creating and managing contracts Maintenance of product, customer and master data in the goods management system Management and coordination of stocks in the system Booking of goods and exits Separation of inventory differences and support in inventory Supporting our daytime staff Care and advice of our customers personally and by telephone Coordination of logistics, delivery dates and goods flows Participation in seasonal processing in agricultural trade, especially during harvest

Completed commercial training Careful, structured and reliable operation Organizational and Responsibility Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Friendly appearance and joy in dealing with customers Teamability and independent working Good understanding of figures Ideally experience in commercial areas or in order processing Interest in agriculture or agricultural trade is advantageous, but no condition
