Project Manager Data Platform & Reporting – Technical Controlling (m/f/d)

Acquisition of subproject management tasks of the project Data platform as part of the introduction of a new ERP system. Analysis and documentation of the existing ERP data landscape, interfaces and their use. Development of a SOLL concept for data structures and reporting in the target system (e.g. SAP S/4HANA). Implementation of CAP analyses for identifying data gaps, functional deviations and migration risks. Ensuring continuous data supply for the existing DataWarehouse. Conception and co-design of a company-wide data platform (e.g. Data Lake / Lakehouse). Definition of technical requirements for data architecture in close coordination with IT. Coordination and coordination with departments, IT, project management and external partners. Translation of technical content into understandable, decision-relevant management information. Support in the definition and implementation of data products for reporting and control.

Complete study of economic informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification with an economic understanding. At least 5 years of professional experience in ERP projects, data integration or data engineering. Found knowledge of data structures and data flows, ideally in the SAP S/4HANA environment. Experience in dealing with cloud technologies, preferably Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, also available in Data Lake or Lakehouse architectures. Experience in data modelling (e.g. Data Vault, dimensional models). Basic knowledge of programming in the cloud environment (e.g. Python, SQL, Infrastructure as Code). Experience in managing and controlling projects, ideally focusing on the introduction of analytic platforms (e.g. Google BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks), preferably within the framework of ERP implementations such as S/4HANA. Ability to work together at the interface between IT and controlling, as well as secure communication capability. Structured, solution-oriented operation as well as pronounced hands-on mentality and enforcement ability.
