What we plan together: As part of the national REWE marketing, we are responsible for the development, implementation and continuous optimization of all customer-centric communication measures in REWE's own media. As a specialist area, we are the first point of contact for cross-channel projects and campaigns in the channels Web, App, Newsletter and Point-of-Sale, i.e. the Owned Media channels of REWE. To support our dynamic team we are looking for a:n motivated:n colleague:in with app passion, passion and fun to position the REWE app at our customers:inside as the best app when it comes to shopping.

What you do with us: Ownership for Push Notifications & In-App Messages: You are responsible for the communication channels within the REWE App (Push and In-App) and take over the product ownership of the software used.

Stakeholder Management: As a mobile communication expert:in you are the central interface of marketing to IT and coordinates internal stakeholders as well as external service providers – also in English.

Operational operation: You secure ongoing operation, tax service providers and implement new communication measures independently.

Mobile CRM IT: You bundle and control the further development of the channel with the IT, take over the project management to implement new IT initiatives and thus ensure an optimal, technical channel setup.

Analysis & Reporting: You will develop channel-related reports and analyses to identify optimization potentials and prepare strategic decisions.

Trend and competition monitoring: You are testing market and competition trends in the mobile environment and applying your findings both internally and in cooperation with our external partners.

Your professional experience of at least 5 years in the field of mobile CRM and app marketing, ideally in commercial or commercial FMCG environment. Your successfully completed studies in the field of digital marketing, BWL, business informatics or comparable training. Your passion for mobile apps and customer-centric marketing as well as your independent, proactive way of working as well as fun in an agile and dynamic environment. In addition, your target and solution orientation as well as drive, energy and passion to move something. Multiannual experience and safe handling of Push Notification or comparable Omni Channel Marketing Software (e.g. Batch, Braze, Airship, CleverTap, or Emarsys). Extensive knowledge of App & Mobile CRM KPIs, monitoring and reporting, as well as their analysis and target group-oriented processing. Last but not least: Your good project management skills and your technical understanding of Mobile CRM technologies and infrastructure, as well as your excellent expressiveness in German and English.
