Coordination of employees and orders Welcome and placement of our restaurant guests Ensuring a smooth service process Implementation of the guest wishes Compliance and implementation of service standards and all hygiene regulations general pre- and post-processing activities in the restaurant and in the back office. Operation of the cash register system Contact for all questions and wishes of our guests around the hotel and restaurant

• ideally completed vocational training and/or professional experience in the hotel industry/gastronomy • an independent and structured way of working as well as an organisational institution • a sovereign, sympathetic appearance paired with real kindness and attention to detail • a high degree of loadability, flexibility and readiness to use • good knowledge of German and English • a well-kept appearance and good handling
