Your tasks Strategic consumer insights orientation: development and further development of the international consumer insights strategy and research roadmap in close cooperation with the Head of Division Product Marketing, focusing on CEWE photofinishing and the German market
Need Management & Priority: Identification, Challenge and Priority of Research Requirements for Business Relevance and Strategic Management of Market Research
Consumer Intelligence & Knowledge Management: Building and continuous development of a consumer intelligence hub including standards, guidelines, processes and sustainable consolidation of study results
Insights-based Innovation & Testing: Control of an insight-based innovation process including design, implementation and decision preparation of concept and product tests
End-to-end research control: planning, commissioning and controlling qualitative and quantitative studies (internal & external) from hypothesis formation to outcome presentation including quality and budget responsibility
Methodological advice & quality assurance: Advising internal stakeholders on study designs and methods and ensuring high quality standards across all research projects
Insight Translation & Stakeholder Communication: Analysis and interpretation of data, deriving business-relevant recommendations, address-oriented presentations to management level, and moderation of workshops and cooperation with external partners
Your profile Academic Qualification & Experience: Complete university studies (e.g. economic/social science, psychology, marketing) as well as relevant professional experience in market research/consumer insights, ideally in the international B2C environment
Methods and data competence: Very good knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g. trackers, segmentations, concept/product tests, pricing, UX) and safe handling of data, reporting and visualization tools
International Studies & Partner Management: Experience in Planning, Control and Evaluation of International Studies, Budget Responsibility and Cooperation with External Market Research Institutes
Strategic Insights orientation: experience in building and developing insights functions, research roadmaps as well as orientation to corporate and brand strategies
Business Impact & Communication: Ability to derive clear recommendations from studies and to present results convincingly up to management level in German and English
Working methods & consulting competence: strategic-analytical thinking, structured and independent working methods, high consulting and enforcement competence as well as safe project and priority management
Personality: Team- and collaboration capability, international openness, joy in building structures
