(Junior) IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Technical support is your strength? Then we're looking for you! To strengthen our support team, we are looking for a dedicated personality that brings both technical understanding and communication skills. You are the first respondent when it comes to problems and help our customers quickly and competently You document and classify tickets in the ticket system You enter and administrate the inquiries in the ServicePortal (from 6 am to 7 pm) a maximum of five days a week and eight hours a day You can forward tickets to downstream support units You control and monitor the tickets according to our service level apartments

You draw your attention through your customer-friendly and service-oriented work You bring a quick understanding and a structured way of working with Your absolute strengths include very good communication skills and good expression You have ideally already first professional experience in the IT environment You speak and can communicate very well in German (at least C1) You have good English skills in word and writing
