You will start forecasts, budgets and multiannual business planning. You are responsible for monthly reporting to our headquarters in France. You develop meaningful analyses, reports and KPIs to control our company. You support management and management with recommendations for action and basis of decision. You analyze business processes and develop suggestions for improvement. You accompany investment projects (CAPEX) from evaluation to follow-up. You work closely with our departments, the accounting team and international colleagues. You actively participate in exciting projects – e.g. the further development of our SAP system (S4 HANA) and our finance processes (use of AI)

A degree with a focus on finance, controlling, economics or a comparable qualification Professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling or Corporate Finance. Good knowledge of reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cost accounting. Very good Excel knowledge as well as safe handling with MS Office. SAP knowledge is a plus, but not a must. Very good knowledge of German and English. Analytical thinking, self-initiative and a structured way of working. Communication strength and joy in working with different teams and executives.
