Recruiting Assistant (m/f/d)

You accompany the entire recruiting process administratively and organizationally, from request analysis to setting. You prepare job advertisements, search profiles and other documents carefully. You research suitable personal service providers and external partners, organize briefings and actively control the processes. You take over the administrative coordination of the selection process and ensure that appointments, documents and feedback are reliably organized. You carefully check application documents, contracts and documents for completeness and accuracy. You actively develop our recruiting processes and instruments.

You have a degree or a comparable qualification with reference to personnel, business management, economic psychology or a similar discipline. You bring experience in recruiting, ideally on both company and service providers. You have experience in managing external service providers and know how to use them in a targeted manner. You drive recruiting projects on your own initiative and keep track of complex topics. You will be able to take different stakeholders with a fingertip feeling and commitment on your way to the common goal. You are pragmatic and reliable. With clear assessments and high quality standards, you are looking for efficient and sustainable processes. You know what it's about, and you're prioritizing. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and communicate with all contact persons precisely and safely.
