Taxes on the planning of new and replacement buildings of bridges and engineering structures in all phases of the design of objects and structures according to HOAI in the area of NL Nord, especially in LPH 1 – 3 Responsibility for quality, costs and dates in the project Development of tasks for engineering services with a view to the application of innovative construction and procurement procedures and rapid construction procedures Coordination of planning with the stakeholders concerned, internally and externally Commissioning and technical, contractual and planning support of engineering offices and test engineers Knowledge management within NL on innovative construction and award procedures

Completed university degree (Master or Dipl./Bachelor with many years of experience) in the field of civil engineering with a deepening in construction engineering or with professional experience, equivalent suitability Multiannual experience in construction engineering, especially in construction planning In-depth knowledge of engineering regulations and guidelines (e.g. RE-Ing, RAB-Ing, ZTV‐Ing, HOAI, FStrG) Knowledge of the tendering and handling of construction services (VOB and VgV) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1 according to GER/CEFR) Class B driving licence

That would be desirable: Knowledge of the award and handling of engineering services for construction contracts based on functional tenders Experiences and knowledge with Building Information Modelling (BIM) and iTWO
